Please read this information carefully. It contains details about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusion that apply to you.
(a) Your total price for the product(s) and any accessories will be stated on your purchase receipt. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling, or applicable sales taxes, and these will be added to the price you pay.
(b) Rhino Wine Cellars will arrange to ship the products and any accessories to your address. The company will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but it will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or natural disasters.
(c) You must examine the products and any accessories when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify the company within ten days from the date of delivery.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from time of purchase. There will be restocking fees for returns or exchanges made within the identified return windows (some exceptions apply). The final day for returns is gaged on when the product is delivered, not time of order. Shipping and handling, delivery and similar fees are not refundable. Return shipping fees are also not refundable. You are responsible for products until the company receives them. Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them. This return policy is not a warranty.
Rhino Wine Cellars guarantees the workmanship of our products and warrant that products will be shipped to you free of manufacturer defects and shipping damage. Within the specified return and/or exchange period, we will refund or replace damaged pieces and/or products as per the terms of our policy.
Custom built wine racks and wine cellars are not returnable; items other than “off the shelf” products are considered custom. These products and services are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, within 30 days of purchase we will exchange and/or fix any components or pieces that are damaged due to poor workmanship, material quality or shipping damage and other shipping errors.
The following items are not returnable: stained wine cellars, customized wine racks, personalized items, opened items out of their original packaging, or items that are damaged or abused. We reserve the right to define on a case-by-case basis which products are excepted.
If you desire to cancel an order that contains a stained or custom wine rack, you must cancel the order within 24 hours from the time you placed the order. If you cancel an order with stain or custom wine racks after this 24-hour period, we may possibly charge up to a 25% cancellation fee to cover costs already used in preparing your customized rack(s).
Rhino Wine Cellars shall have no obligation to you with respect to providing any warranty on any product for which the company has not received full payment from you. The company’s warranty does not cover acts of God. If you fail to follow the company’s assembly instructions for the product(s), including but not limited to, failing to anchor the product(s) to a wall stud, failing to properly support the product(s), top loading the product(s), or installing the product(s) on uneven surfaces, the warranty provided is void.
Images of wood coloration, textures and finish colors on our web site are approximate. The color and tone of natural wood products will vary from production run to production run. Due t the limitations of photography and the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen my not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our product colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. Our customary return policy for 3rd-party products is 30 days from date of purchase. There might be a restocking fee assessed for returns or exchanges made within the stated return window (some exceptions apply). This fee will be applied against the refund amount and does not include shipping costs. A restocking fee may be applied on returns outside of the applicable return window. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged on certain purchases. These consist of, but are not limited to cooling units and wine racks. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged. You received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
We provide you with a shipping estimate of when your product will be delivered. We will not be held accountable in any way for shipments that arrive after the estimated ship date. We use FEDEX, UPS, and numerous freight companies for shipping. We make a good faith effort by offering the delivery dates provided by these companies. We will not be held accountable for shipping delays by any company or carrier.
To be eligible for a return, you must be able to ship the product back in a condition free of modifications, intentional misuse or abuse. We cannot accept returns of products that were not constructed according to the manufacturer assembly guide.
Rhino Wine Cellars is dedicated to providing quality products, however also reserves the right to refuse any return. We also reserve the right to limit the number of items returned by any given customer.
To start the return process, please have your receipt on hand for verification and call Rhino Wine Cellars at 1-425-226-2500 to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We offer no guarantees that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, then your refund payment will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Occasionally refunds take extra time to be posted on your credit card or bank account. We make every attempt to post refunds as fast as possible and we want the return process to be smooth. You will receive notification from us whenever we have posted a refund to you.
If you are missing a refund payment from us, please check your receipt for the method of payment used, then check that the statement you are using for verification is the same one used for the original method of payment. If this is correct, please contact the financial institution affiliated with that method of payment and ask if they can confirm a pending refund payment.
